In his role as Recruitment Manager at Viking Crew, Carlos leads the end-to-end recruitment process for global cruise placements, ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction. His background includes leadership roles at one of the world’s most prestigious and recognised cruise lines where he managed onboard sales, loyalty programs, and large team operations across various departments.
